Excellent App but lots of room for improvement.

I am an Upscope Business plan user, so please be forewarned -- my review would be relative to Upscope.

Sure, Median has a long way to go in terms of features to match up with Upscope. And I'm pretty sure that they will get there because one of the first things that I look for is customer service -- and the Median team is super-responsive on the AppSumo platform. My experience has been that any app seller and/or developer who is super responsive "generally" tends to be very committed to the app and it's development. And such apps usually turn out to be huge successes.

So, why leave out that "one taco," you ask me? That's for two things:
1. The drawing feature is slightly buggy. Works sometimes. Doesn't work at other times.
2. UI needs "MAJOR" improvement. The UI experience is no way near that of Upscope for both the agent as well as clients. What I would suggest Median team is to copy what works. For example, the way the cursor looks, the name below the cursor, etc. Also, elements look quity fuzzy, and needs a lot of polishing. Upscope has this "Apple-like" feel to it, and that's what I love about it -- including our clients.

PS. Generally, I would take remove at least 2 tacos for unappealing UI/UX. However, reason I give it to Median is that -- "off late", Upscope has been having a bit of a lag, and I haven't seen this on Median so far.

I hope the Median team keeps it that way. Please increase your bandwidth so that there is no lag. Any lag, and the whole experience will suffer.

I also understand your UX/UI concerns and I will promise you right here, right now, that they will DRASTICALLY improve this year.

You might be asking yourself, Spencer, if you are aware then why aren't they better now? Well, in full transparency, I bought Median last year off of MicroAcquire and have been cleaning up the backend in order to support our planed improvements on the front end.

I want to thank you again for pointing our how responsive our app is compared to the competition. That means all of our hard work was not wasted, and it means a LOT to know that it is being noticed.

In the next 12 months we plan on doing exactly what you mentioned above and doubling down on "what is working". That being a better UX/UI, cursor changes, name indicators, picture indicators, more integrations, full voice and video, and more. Half of these changes are already live in a staging environment. 😜

The purpose of this campaign is to kick start our marketing efforts. So far it has been a BIG success.
