This service is just what i have been looking for, to date i was using Getscreen.me and sending a support link (still use it for computer related assistance) but now i dont have to worry about that as once you put the script on your site, it just......Works!

Pros:
Very easy to use
Good support
Fairly responsive

Cons:
Drops out occasionally
Simple bug fixes on the roadmap seem to be over looked (The phone connect button alignment for example)
No way to see where your code has been installed or remains active.

Overall very happy with the service tho.
