A user of my app recommended that I check out Median for screensharing/co-browing. I was skeptical at first, but after reading the reviews, joining the fb group and checking out their videos + docs, I could see my very use case was supported.

We use Tawk.to @ Quickblog.co and not only does this integrate via a GTM install (tick) it also shows the screenshare URL directly inside a Tawk.to user session (double tick). Connectivity was done all via one code snippet in GTM, I'm flabbergasted!

Median is responsive, supports draw-over and take control. It's a fantastic support add-on! It does appear that very dynamic pages show up strangely inside a co-browse session, but I'll raise this up with the team and I'm sure this will be resolved in no time.
