Q: Regarding Passcodes

Hello, I've created a free trial (free subscription) for now, and I've noticed that a passcode is required every time I need to schedule a meeting. With the tier 3 plan, can I remove the passcode so that neither I nor my potential client has to enter it every time a virtual meeting starts?

A: Passcodes are kept to keep your meeting secure. The meeting invitation that gets generated comes with built-in encrypted pcode that will allow to automatically enter the room without entering a password.
