1. How many custom domains can you use with it? Is it possible for each user to have their own custom domain?
2. Can you have ongoing rooms with the same URL?
3. Can you have scheduled calls that repeat, say, once per month with the same URL?

Nov 14, 2024A: 1. You can add only single domain in all the tiers. Host Licences allows you companies to add their own organization team to same company domain. If you want to add multiple domains, you can purchase multiple tiers and activate it in various email addresses.
2. Yes you can have ongoing rooms with the same URL. Plus we have introduced option to modify the meeting ID at the time of creation.
3. Yes you can setup a recurring meeting with same URL.
LOVE ongoing rooms with the same URL - I have meetings with clients - one recurring URL, then meetings with my team - another Recurring URL/room, and a link for my games group - would I be allowed to have 3 recurring URLs/rooms? I assume that I can only run one of them at a time. Would be great if I could have 2 - one where I am meeting with clients - while my team is meeting in the other
We have introduced this features and it is live now. You can have multiple recurring meeting with same meeting. Infact you can keep the Meeting ID of your own in Tier 2 and Tier 3.

2. Do we HAVE to use a custom domain, or can we just use your domain?
1. Yes, if you have multiple licences on your account, then different meeting can run at the same time with different team members.
