Q: I understand that the recording feature is an additional cost.

Someone else mentioned that if we activate that feature, both attendees on the video conference can download the video.

Is it possible to have this turned off for the guest? I have security / HIPAA concerns if a guest can download it.

A: Hi there,

I am sorry but currently both the client and the expert can access the recording after the meeting.
