This review is a little premature, since my team is still testing MeetFox. That said, what I have seen so far is very encouraging and we are likely to increase out 3-stack to a 10-stack. We will be using it to pre-interview guests prior to them coming onto a chat show and training sessions for a membership site.

The overall app is robust and well thought out. Having an integrated scheduling-meeting solution makes sense. Especially when leveraged into teams.

The MeetFox team's attitude towards development and customer service is what makes them shine. I can be confident they will bring in instant meetings, sort out any branding issues, enable re-scheduling, improve the UX, etc. They jump on tech niggles immediately, in person. That's why we are putting MeetFox (and Clust, by the way) into our speaker flow system right from the start.

Re the 'should I get this or Vectera?' question: I have both. IMO, Vectera solves a different use case - a permanent room for returning clients to review their material. It's a consulting solution. MeetFox is a meeting solution. Until MeetFox implement instant meetings, we will use Vectera as the stand-in. When MeetFox enable instant meetings, we'll transition over to them for all meetings.
