Incomplete features, false promises

If you're not interested in White Label features, then it's good.
Even though they promised white label features. It's a big joke. It still hasn't been implemented - even though the deal has been going on here since October (6 months).

I've tried contacting support about several things, but they either are dismissive of the issues or say it can't be done. So I'm going to highlight them here, maybe you care.

On the booking page, the client has to agree to the MEETFOX T&C. I suggested to simply change the word "meetfox" to "our T&C" instead, to make it more neutral. But no change yet.

You have the option to upload your logo, but that only shows up on the booking page. Once the client gets an email link to their session, the meetfox logo appears instead, which clicking it takes them to the meetfox webpage, not your website.

The emails your client also contain their branding "by MeetFox".

The calendar entry created after a client books a meeting contains "Powered by MeetFox.com".

In the beginning they promised custom CNAME. Now you have to pay extra for it.
So okay, pay $50 for it, you'd think you get more control of your brand?
Haha!
The joke's on you!
While you might setup the custom cname to be "meet.johnsmith.com" that won't actually be your booking link. That link instead takes your client back to meetfox.com.
Your link will need to contain your username - so something like "meet.johnsmith.com/en/e/johnsmith".
Redundant?
Too long?
Not what you paid for?
You bet!

But don't expect it to change any soon, because they said that they simply CAN'T do it because it has to be a reflection of their site.
Even though others like vectera did manage to do it.

The worse part here is that you can't even chose whatever username you want, because now, ALL MEETFOX BOOKING PAGES are actually on your own domain.

So you can't choose a username "booking" for example to be "meet.yourdomain.com/en/e/booking" because that's already taken.

And EVEN WORSE, if you did buy the CNAME feature, and you go TO YOUR OWN DOMAIN and visit https://meet.yourdomain.com/en/e/booking/", you will see that it's Bienje Buga - someone who chose the username "booking".
Who is that ON YOUR OWN DOMAIN you ask? Well, EVERYONE who has an account with meetfox now actually has a booking page on YOUR DOMAIN. Check it out yourself.

This is how incomplete they setup this feature for which they happily charge an extra $50. You're better of setting a simple redirect.

So the cname, the whitelabel features are a big joke. They have their branding plastered everywhere, and they charge for a feature that has been implemented so badly, I wouldn't recommend using it for FREE.

If you're not interested in branding, in whitelabel stuff, this product might be good for you.
If you are, it's simply not.
Seeing how these issues have been around for 6 months, don't expect a fix for whitelabel stuff anytime soon, or a working CNAME (which we paid extra for).

There are other minor issues as well...

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for your feedback.
I monitor support all the time and we are not being dismissive, however, we are a small team trying to continuously develop the product as much as we can, we have also released many features during out AppSumo tenure.
We are aware of the Terms and Conditions, and are looking for a workaround, as mentioned we are EU company and must adhere to all regulations that come with it.

Regarding CNAME, have you ever asked Support to help you with your username? ie mine is www.meetfox.com/tali and, therefore, would have been very happy to help if you had asked us to.
As well, Cname is a record that still points to our domain ( we hide ours and display yours), therefore the end of the username cant be the same, however, we would have been more than happy to help you if you asked us too and come up with something that fits your needs.

We have added many customizations as well including favicon change, logo in emails, custom colors..etc

I apologize that you did not have the best experience with us, however, we always speak to our customers and the 2 founders are very involved.
