I really wanted MeetFox to be the answer! But NOPE! I was even ready to have everyone in my office sign-up for MeetFox but my excitement quickly turned to disappointment.

1. ONLY 2 (TWO) Participants per online meeting?????? Seriously? I mean seriously! What happened to 4?

2. CLUNKY! Way too many steps/missteps. I reluctantly use Calendly and Zoom together and those two apps put together easily integrate and put this to shame.

3. So I purchased 3 codes for 6 sub-accounts and in order to add more participants to a meeting...I MUST ADD THEM TO ALL SUB-ACCOUNTS = MORE $$$ and I only have a choice of adding 4, 8 or 16 Participants. IF I knew this, I would've only purchased ONE CODE and then MAYBE upgraded....not happening.

Again I use Calendly which is much easier to set up and includes SMS Text Reminders along with multiple Email reminders along with Cancellation email and rebooking links. So once again Calendly & Zoom looks like I'm stuck with you! SMH

Like I said, I wanted to love this and yes I still want to love it! I could go on but these the above are deal killer for me, sorry. I MAY or may not request a refund, depending on a timely reply from MeetFox or not.
