3 tacos are for the working features. It is a decent tool for video meetings. No need to download anything, thats good.

But, they had promised CNAME and group call.

Now, they have provided both, but with additional cost attached.
You have to shell out more than what you paid for the deal, to get CNAME.

And group call has only 4 participants, you included.
Even Vectera has 7 participants.

This deal will be used by small business owners, but small business owners too have more than 3 employees. I am facing a lot of issue due to this. To get higher number of participants, I have to pay additional fees. This is ridiculous.

When I bought the deal and started using, group call was not available. I requested team to give a timeline, and they gave a response that around 8 participants would be allowed.
Now, when the feature is available, they are saying only 4 allowed and sorry.

This is blatantly going back on your deal. I can't even refund now. Have been waiting for features and now they have gone back on their promises.. Not good business ethics or planning.
