I haven’t yet tested the video or the invoicing, so I will update my review in a few days.

In the meantime, I am a complete beginner to all these tools and a one woman band in the field of Holistic wellness, so tech stuff is absolutely not in my “zone of genius” as they call it.

I purchased Meetfox last night and it was so easy to work with that I stayed on it until my set up was fully functional and added to my Wordpress website via the links provided with each one of my services.
I was able to split my offering as I wanted to and have just received my first booking through it, and here is the customer feedback: “ Yay :) that was nice and easy to book! Looking forward to it! X“.

I was in contact with support for a couple of questions, they were very helpful and responsive and moved my account to 4 participants as per the deal.

The google calendar on my phone was populated automatically with the booking I just took.

I will do more live testing re invoices and video In the next few days.

Ideally I’d like to be able to attach a questionnaire to my bookings because the one included is very basic. I have to ask people if they’re psychotic or narcissistic, so it takes a few characters just to type that in 😆. I have an intake form and disclaimer, etc and the current format means I need to email something out separately.

When you set up your events and if your working hours will be the same for all services, go straight to the main calendar instead of faffing around like I did with x number of services before realising I could have set up my own default. What can I say, I was just too keen to play.

The limit of 4 participants might be an issue soon as I teach Aromatherapy online, so I am guessing an upgrade is necessary. Also not being able to record is a bit of a bummer, so hello upgrade again. But hey. Let’s be real. This is a very good deal I have recommended to my team.
