I had a short list of apps I needed for my consulting/coaching business. I use a different scheduling app which I enjoy but wanted LTD if possible. I was also looking for a video call solution for consultation which would allow me to share my screen and wouldn't lag from using servers not located where I or my clients were (i.e. Asia). I've tested some applications offered on Appsumo recently/currently and none of them quite fit what I was looking for.

MeetFox is a perfect fit. It has a clean interface which was really important for me as a brand designer. It also had great video connection, even tested it with lower mbps. Recordings worked out well. And the schedule interface is minimal and easy to understand for clients.

Not having instant meetings is a drag which I hope gets added soon. Also, I prefer using iCal integration since my wife uses it and she's more on top of things than I am (oh, our family beach trip is scheduled for today?). I figured out a work around but am looking forward to when they get this integration.
