I run my online meetings using both Zoom and Calendly. Although both work well in tandem, I don't think its as seamless as having just one tool. That is where Meetfox shines. I love how everything just fits into one easy to setup package and get it up and running in no time. When you need help tech support is always there to help and I feel they listen to our suggestions.

This little package does about 90% of what Zoom & Calendly already does without the premium cost. The thing that I don't like about Zoom is that it sends that cryptic message to my guest and they have to figure out what it means. I can never understand why Zoom does that and on top of that, it forces my guest to download and setup zoom on their desktop. Yes, Zoom is great but very technical to set up for those that aren't technical. Add in the fact you have to integrate Calendly and you get a not so seamless experience.

Not with Meetfox. It's so easy to set up. Tech support is also there when you need them. Best thing is that the deal is for a lifetime.

If you want to save some of your hard earn cash on an online appointment setting system, this is the way to go.

There are a few things that I wish it has. Like an instant meeting or a way to store my recorded videos. But all in all, I can't complain much about Meetfox. Get it. You won't regret it.
