Q: Dear team, I really like your approach for having a personal assistant writing every down in your meeting.

I have seen several discussions about the 10 hours limit when uploading audio files.

I do unterstand that you need the limit to restrict the usage to the named account. Otherwise meetings from non paying users can be transcribed and you need to be profitable.

My meetings are not always online. I still have some discussions in phone conferences or onsite at our customers. I think the onsite part will get even more again, if covid is less present. So I would like to use meetgeek for all situations. Online, phone and onsite.

You can solve this problem if you create a small piece of software for PC/Mac or even phones where you must login with your account and can record the microphone or any audio source. So you can be sure that the person using meetgeek is the one paying for the service. You can even limit the installation of these audio capture clients to one or two computer systems (home office / work) and phones. When I attend the meeting, I will use your small software client to record the stuff and it gets automatically uploaded into your cloud. This even makes meetgeek offline capable. Another advantege with your client can be to record and prefilter the audiodata in a way that the meetgeek ai can handle best.

What do you think about itand can you please add this as a feature request? You can create a full platforms for every meeting, specieallized in online events without much effort.

A question to the 10 hours limit: If the limit is reachd, can I still buy another hour for 0,60 Euro to increase this limit?

Thank you

A: Hi Florian! Thanks for your question.

We have just updated the deal terms regarding the 10h limit for upload after receiving a lot of feedback from the community. Please refer to Dan's new comment on all the changes that we've made.

To clarify specifically on the uploads matter, we have decided to remove the 10h limit, so now users will be able to flexibly choose how they wish to use their full 40h limit.

Hopefully this information helps!
