Q: Hello, 1.

I saw your roadmap and seems you are focusing only on Zoom and MS teams. Can you add other famous Appsumo products like GoBrunch, Consolto, Onlive.io and Vectera? Let us know if it is possible to integrate with them or not (like will they provide API access or not)? I don't see any of these products mentioned in your roadmap for voting purposes. How accurate are your transcriptions?

2. Where are you based, team size and years in business?

3. Lets say if my client has paid Zoom account, then Can I transcribe meeting from my end, if yes do I need to take client permission? Will such transcription automatically be received by both parties?

4. Do you store these meeting transcripts, when I looked at your roadmap I failed to understand context of Pipedrive integration, means are you talking about exporting to Pipedrive CRM or what?

5. When you mention Google Meet integration, are you talking about free or paid version? What about integration with meet now from Skype?

6. I checked and it seems MS team (with which you offer integration) has free version as well, can you share if free version is comparable to Skype video especially for 1 to 5 people group?

7. Is there a way to transcribe Skype phone or tools like Callback tracker?

Thanks

A: Hello there,

1. We would appreciate if you could add these tools and others you believe are useful in the form of a comment, in this feature requests Trello card https://trello.com/c/WWQSzNSn/3-%E2%9E%A1-your-feature-requests-%F0%9F%92%AA

We regularly go through the proposals and do a deep dive to see if 1) they are technically feasible to integrate with and 2) assess their fit/popularity.

We provide state-of-the-art transcription accuracy which may vary depending on the language. You can also upload a sample file and see the results.

2. We are a European company, GDPR compliant. You can visit our Linkedin profile for more details https://www.linkedin.com/company/meetgeek-ai/

3. You have to host the meeting and be 1) a Licensed (paid) Zoom account or 2) part of an organization that has a Licensed user. You have automatic prompts for recording but it's a good practice to inform participants that you are recording the meeting. Please check this article for more details: https://support.meetgeek.ai/en/articles/6021904-recording-consents

By default, participants (or clients) will receive an email with access to the meeting output but you can also make it private or remove access. Check this article for more details: https://support.meetgeek.ai/en/articles/6021897-how-meeting-sharing-works

4. Yes, so you can export recording/notes to Pipedrive as a CRM.

5. Free version

6. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to compare Skype vs Teams offerings.

7. Not at this moment

Please also check our FAQ section for more information: https://support.meetgeek.ai/en/articles/6021876-frequently-asked-questions-faq

Hopefully, you will decide to give MG a try!

Hello,

1. It seems Trello link is not allowing me to add these tools nor can I vote on anything. Do I need some kind of account at Trello to do it?

2. What is meaning of host? So if I buy one code does it mean two people can do meetings or it means only two people can start meeting.

3. Let's say using my current tools as mentioned earlier, I record meeting and then upload
files to your platform, can I get transcript this way? If yes, what should be file format and can I use all 40 hrs on monthly basis?

4. So right now you integrate with Zoom (paid version) and MS teams(free version), I understand how it works with Zoom but for MS teams do all parties need to install MS teams and Meetgeek, is that how it will work?

Thanks

Hi and thanks for your questions! Let me go over each of them.

1 - I'm not sure if Trello allows for such interactions or not, I'll have to check with the team for possible updates. Still, be sure that all feedback given here in AppSumo is being collected and reviewed.

2 - A host is a person that can host meetings with Meetgeek. That person is the one "responsible" for using the platform. To clarify, Meetgeek joins as a participant, controlled by a host, to record and transcribe the meeting. Other participants of the call who are not the host don't need to have the tool installed, but will receive a prompt from Meetgeek saying that they are being recorded.

3 - Yes, alternatively to using Meetgeek live during your meeting, you can use it later as a way to transcribe previous meetings via our upload functionalities.

4 - As mentioned previously, only the host needs to have full access and control over Meetgeek. If you need more information on MS Teams integration specifically, we recommend navigating to this page: https://support.meetgeek.ai/en/articles/5755747-microsoft-teams-quickstart-guide.

Hopefully this information helps!
