Q: Hello, Can you please clarify the transcription hour limitation?
25 hour per month or only 25 hour per account.

You have 40 hours/month per host. A host is someone that hosts a meeting. You'll have one main Meetgeek account from which you can add multiple hosts depending on your Tier. Each host will have its own account and 40 hours/month.
