Q: Hi there, I have been using a comparable tool called Avoma for quite some time.
How do you think your product compares to Avoma?
I have a team of 15 people on gsuite but 4 of them are managers where I would like their meetings recorded as well.
1. Are we able to download the video/transcript? How long is the video/transcript available for download?
2. Am I okay with licence tier 2, which will record all meetings the 4 managers are included in?

Although both have their own key features, I would say the main difference is that Meetgeek won't limit your meeting's duration. You can use your 40 hours per month as you see fit, regardless if the meeting lasts 10 minutes or 90 minutes. 😁
1. Yes you can download the video recording as a dedicated file, and the transcript as a text file. You won't be able to download the video with the subtitle encoded, they are two different files. We'll keep your recordings safe for 6 months and we'll let you know beforehand when that time is approaching.
2. To record your entire team's meetings you'll have to choose Tier 3 (with 15 hosts). If you only need recordings for the 4 managers, then Tier 2 (with 6 hosts) should be just fine.
