I have purchased a lifetime licence through AppSumo, and after activation, my plan still shows as being the free one without access to all the features. For two days I have been waiting for a reply and it seems no one is working there. I'll ask for a refund... Stay away!
Can you please double-check if the account that you are login into is the same account you've used to make the purchase?
Another solution is to make sure you have activated your license. If not, please log out from your Meetgeek account, and repeat the process. 🙂
I'm currently having the same issue. I use a different email address for my tools and it wasn't made clear in the redemption screen that you need to use the email associated with your Google or Microsoft accounts (which is what meetgeek connects to).
We can fix that. Just send us the email you've used to register and the one you want to use from now on, and we'll make the switch. It won't happen on the spot, due to the huge amount of inquiries, but will get it done. 🙂
