Q: most of other meeting LTDs had no restrictions on transcription hours ( spoke, noota etc) , can you confirm ...
if the total hours across all hosts can be utilised as a pool by a few hosts if needed ?

May 14, 2024A: Thanks for checking out our new LTD offer, @satish2.
All the meeting assistants have a limit, per hour/minute, per seat, or both. Meetgeek also provides a free account with up to 5 hours of recording per month (video, audio, and text). No chrome extension is needed.
And yes, starting from Tier 2 upwards, which offers multiple hosts, you can use your monthly hours as you need them within your team.
Thanks for your reply so I understand for tier 5 , we have 75X40-3000 hours , which can used by 25 hosts if required so each host would have 120 hours per month , is it correct ?
The 40 hours limitation is per host: a user hosting meetings. So each of the 75 hosts will have 40 hours per month to record.
We are debating as we speak within our community to update the counter and be able to split the hours evenly between the number of hosts active in your account. So if you will have 10 hosts, then the 3000 hours will be split, and result in 300 hours/month/host.
If this is something of great interest to you, you can definitely request it in our public roadmap - https://go.meetgeek.ai/public-roadmap

Yes, we would love to have a total hours allocation per team not users (I admin 2 teams on one account) and whomever uses the transcription minutes first in that team gets them.
especially since with your update we have every team members meetgeek assistant joining the call (not everybody knows the switch off for "meetings where I am not hosted")
