I've been testing MeetN as an alternative to Zoom in my practice and am really impressed. It loads quickly, is easy to navigate, clients don't have to download anything (although they can download the app on their phone for easy access). I like that I can also stream webinars and live events too. Would be great to be able to schedule live events in advance to have an event/link to send client's to but that's not a big issue.

The thing that matters to me is what the customer support is like when/if there is an issue and I have to say I am so impressed with MeetN in this regard. I've had a few small issues but each time I have emailed about this, someone has replied straight away (not an ai-bot, a real person) and twice I have been able to immediately schedule a meeting with Rick to sort out the issues.

I have now cancelled my Zoom subscription because I'm using MeetN as my main service now. The only thing that I still need to spend some time on is getting the widgets to work for me so that I am still visible on the screen if I share a widget/page, but this could be something I need to spend more time learning. I can see there is a lot of potential in the use of the widgets.

I also like the recent rebrand where they removed some of the green and made it a clean grey/black.

Also I like how the MeetN screen is clean and uncluttered and I feel it is more secure than Teams or Zoom. On Teams I had to keep removing spam chats and on Zoom the ai notices were a little irritating and on login I kept being asked to signup to more services.
MeetN feels like a calm quiet space in comparison!
