From Great to Unusable
When I first bought Meetn, I absolutely loved it. Everything worked perfectly: recordings were high quality, processing was fast, and the platform was reliable.
A few months later, after the rebranding, everything changed. Recordings are now poor quality, videos freeze, audio is out of sync, and processing often takes hours. I’ve also had several podcast episodes and training sessions ruined because of these issues.
Customer support has been even more disappointing. Responses are generic, as if they haven’t even read the ticket, and now they’ve simply stopped replying.
I genuinely regret having to leave this review because Meetn used to be a great product. Unfortunately, based on my recent experience, I can no longer recommend it.

Meetn 2.0 was a complete rebuild of the platform from the ground up. During the transition, some customers experienced issues with recording quality, processing times, and overall performance. While that doesn't excuse your experience, it does provide context for what happened.
