There is a huge need for a simple, functional tool for online meetings that is not from the big players exploiting our data. Unfortunately Meetn was not it for us.

The pros :
- It works.
- I love the ability to have a fixed URL for a "Room" that is accessible at all times (but would rather have it be a choice rather than the core structure)

The cons :
- Tiers being based on low "room" limits: it means a larger investment to properly test the platform if you need more than one setup for your meetings.
- The interface is definitely too cluttered for guests. I know others have mentionned it in questions, and that there are talks of declutterring the view for attendees. But at this stage there are many buttons that I don't want nor need my guests/clients to see (Stream manager, Start recording etc.)
- Zero UX translation/localization settings is a problem for anyone not US based, which is most of the world. There is a setting for the "language spoken" in the room, but it only applies to AI generated transcriptions, which feels a lot less urgent than an actual interface in the local language.
- Interface look/feel is not modern. It could be a matter of taste, and I know "retro" in trendy. But this just did not feel like a 2025 tool.
