I think everyone can agree that they're monthly paymented out on apps/tools. I cancelled my Zoom account at the end of 2024 and have been looking for a replacement. I'm more impressed with the team behind Meetn than anything else. Rick has a strong track record and the team is well funded. I was impressed with the fact that after signing up, you immediately get an email with clear instructions on how to reach the support team. Also, you're give a number you can text the CEO directly. This gives me the impression that Meetn takes it's customer service seriously. Quite refreshing these days to be honest.

As for the too itself, after only having it a short while, it's performing very well for my needs. My biggest deal breaker would have been lack of AI tools, but those are coming soon, so I'm not really worried about it.

Here's what I'm hoping for as Meetn continues to develop.

1. Refresh the UI. It just has a very outdated feel. Easy to use, but it looks like something that was created in 1998. I'd take ease of use and functionality over an outdated UI, but I prefer both.

2. Become more innovative and set the standard as an industry leader. I was quite surprised that as a new saas tool in 2025, it's not launching with any AI features (at least that I know of). I would like to see Meetn not only catch up to the standard in AI implementation, but get ahead of the curve and be an innovator in that aspect. More below:

I know some of this is planned and some not, but just throwing my two cents out there. Overall, great app and it looks like it will only get better!
