I purchased Meetn's Tier 2 Lifetime deal in April 2025, and I used it for several months. It wasn't perfect. In Jan 2026, they lost my session recording. After asserting that I probably hadn't hit record, their team managed to recover the recording. That took several days.

Then in June 2026 it just started to fall apart. The sound wasn't synced, the screens weren't rendering correctly, etc. After about 2 weeks of back and forth, it was fixed, but it wasn't I had enough. I had no choice but to sign up for another platform (I moved to Zoom) because I had a multi-week virtual training I was about to give.

In fairness to AppSumo, when I contacted them about the issue, they immediately jumped in and contacted Meetn even though it was no longer being sold on their site. And this is the only product I've ever had trouble with.
