Works well, but lacks some important features.

I sent this list via email to Meetn support, but I thought I should leave it here too for those who are interested and looking for people's experiences with Meetn software.

The software does work. The basic video and voice, screensharing and the ability to preload assets works well. The new feature of allowing people to leave a video review at the end of a meeting is a great addition.

However, for my usecase, I would need the following features (not available at the time of my testing):

1) Screen Sharing with Audience Visibility
When screen sharing, Meet’n currently removes participant video feeds and replaces them with the shared screen. This is a significant limitation. I need to see participants’ reactions while presenting.
Requirement: Keep participant video visible alongside the shared screen, with the presenter able to force a “shared screen + audience” layout.

2) Hand-Raise Queue and Order Tracking
While hand-raising exists, there is no clear way to track who raised their hand first, second, third, etc.
Requirement: A visible, ordered hand-raise queue so I can respond to participants in the order their hands were raised.

3) Built-in AI Notes and Action Items
AI functionality should not be optional for this type of software.
Requirement: Automatic meeting notes with a structured summary and a clear, detailed to-do/action-item list generated at the end of the session.

4) Green Screen Detection and Control
The green screen feature performs poorly, even when using a proper physical green screen. The software appears unable to reliably distinguish foreground from background.
Requirement: An explicit setting to indicate that a real green screen is in use, allowing the software to optimize background detection accordingly.

Note: this can be done outside the software using OBS, etc. But it would be nice if it was built-in since attendees may not know how to use external software to hide their personal background.

5) Full Presenter Control Over Pop-Ups (and everything else)
The software allows the creation of pop-up windows; but I cannot remove or override it from my side and must rely on attendees to close it themselves. This breaks presenter control and flow.
Requirement: Full presenter control over all on-screen pop-ups and overlays, ensuring I can manage exactly what participants see at all times.

Summary
Meet’n works well for some use-case scenarios. But without the above improvements, it does not yet meet the standards required for my interactive sessions. If these areas are addressed, I would be open to reconsidering Meet'n for my business in the future. Unless I hear of updates soon I will unfortuantely have to redeem my license.
