I just saw you answer that you are not priorizing mobile apps because your website is optimized for mobile.
And honestly ... I think you are running away from a major task.
Users prefer mobile apps instead of "websites in a browser". It´s much easier for me to motivate my team on a regular basis on a mobile instead of on a website. I see this in all different tasks: Kanban-Boards, CRMs, Stuff like Slack, Nimbus Note and so on. The App-Experiance is always better then the website-experiance.
