BikerMacQ: what are the max canvas size limits and can they be changed on request if need for a large print?

Currently, the max canvas size is 10000x10000 pixels, this figure applies to all users and so far it's not customizable on request. But thanks for your question, we'll consider its expansion as a possible future improvement!

Thanks for reply! In tests, I was maxing out at 5300 before hitting the red zone of size limit increase... 10000 is more workable. Why was I hitting those limits in customisable settings?
Canvas size is limited because our assets resolution is limited as well. For example, there is no point in setting a 3k pixels asset on a 20k pixels canvas.
10k is the optimal canvas size.
If I understand correctly, you could not set it up more than 5300. Could you please share a screen capture of this issue?
