Q: Help Needed: Email Verification Still Requires Payment in My Plan

Hi team,
First of all, thank you for building such a great and genuinely useful product. I also really appreciate the recent updates — they’re making a noticeable difference in both functionality and user experience.
I noticed that the email verification feature is now listed as included in all plans.
However, I purchased the Tier 2 plan at the end of last year, and in my Meiro account, this feature still appears to require a separate monthly fee.
Could you please clarify whether this is a mistake, or if it’s expected behavior based on when the plan was purchased or the plan version?
