Q: I don't see an option for 12 people can you let me know how because I sent an email and couldn't do it only 5 on screen

Make sure you are logging in with your email and security code back to your email. That may be the reason you are not seeing 12 available. You can sign into Melon wrong. I have done it wrong a few times. Does your broadcast say Powered by Melon? If it does you may have logged in wrong. I'm only saying this as I made that mistake today. You have to do email log in first to get your full benefits.
