Q: Since you have now changed the company name, and plan names?
What plan do we have now? It doesnt seem like I am mapped to a plan anymore, because you changed the plan name from Pro to Ultra???

Your plan remains Pro. Ultra is a all in 1 plan that includes several other products like Streamlabs Desktop (Ultra features lie multistream and overlays), Cross Clip, Streamlabs Console etc. Your plan is supposed to work as normally, just make sure you are logged in using the same login method for it to capture. I assume then we can pay the monthly difference between Pro and Ultra to get the new features? 🙂

We have Pro thru Sumo, however, we still use StreamYard because 5-10% of the time, Talk Studio will drop all the guests, but from host perspective all the guests are still attending and so continues discussing not knowing host is talking to herself. This is not a local internet issue, we've tried from multiple ISP with fiber internet and wired not wifi. Our co host from across the country who tries to host for us with TalkStudio also runs into this issue. there are complaints on reddit about being wired and on high speed, but still running into the problem on rare occassions. Clearly platform issue and as a result, we don't use it. Will this ever be fixed? I imagine there is a loss of customers and should be escalated
