Q: Feedback and Feature Requests for Improvement
Hi team, I was really excited to use the Memogram tool for our office event, but I ended up not using it for a couple of key reasons. First, the built-in promotion message that appears after users upload their photos or videos was a bit of a drawback. Second, the uploading process felt quite slow. It gave the impression of being a free tool, even though I have an agency license. It would be great if we could have the option to disable the promotion message. Also, the logo at the top feels a bit distracting—moving it to the bottom would be a nice improvement. I truly love the concept of the tool and hope these suggestions can be considered. Thank you!
