Q: Upload limit + no expiration?
I purchased tier 2.
1. The 5 photo upload limit is very restrictive. I feel like that should have been listed in the details. It was a bit of a shock when I went to add photos from a weekend wedding. Will that be expanded in the near future?
2. Above, it says “No expiration of media after upload”, but when I create an album, it says “Important: Media from recurring events will automatically be deleted 30 days after uploads.” No expiration was the main feature that made me want tier 2. Is this warning a mistake for tier 2?
3. I’d also love a white label on the agency plan, given the name (Agency), it seems natural that we’d be offering the service to clients and not having our own logo feels a little off. Or even a spot for our own logo next to “powered by Menogram” or something would be great!

1. Uploads: Guests are allowed to upload media as many times as possible. However, just like with many Social media platforms, there’s a limit to the number of media that can be uploaded at a time. Currently, they can upload 5 photos at a time on Memogram. This is to ensure speedy upload time. As we keep growing and scaling, we’ll keep on increasing this limit.
2. Only Tier 2 users have access to our Advanced storage tool, that’s ensures that all uploaded media are stored automatically on their preferred storage platform instantly.
This is a unique flow that ensures their files are stored and can be relived at anytime.

3. Whitelabel not available for now. It will come with our Enterprise Tier, to be launched in 60-90 days.

ChristopheHKI have open a feature request through the live chat, for the same concern about expiration of media after 20 days, for recurring/long events. On one side I understand that, for sustainability purpose the storage can't be unlimited lifetime, that's why, one the other hand, as we can enable the Advanced Storage feature, it would be great that the expired media's link be replaced by the GDrive link.

We set this limit to ensure speedy upload. We wouldn’t want your guests waiting 20 mins or more for their upload to be completed, considering how large some media files are (especially iPhone).
Please note that guests can upload as many times as they want, but they’re only limited to 5 photos/1 video per time.
We will keep scaling our servers and increasing limits as we grow.
IdealzWhile we understand that you're reference point is with an app that came out 10+ years ago, you have a qualified user base that WANTS to use your product in real time and is asking specifically for you to make a flexible change.
If it is about speedy uploads, then let us buyers communicate that to our clients (in the.form of bold messaging before we upload OR by allowing us to limit the uploads).
HiShahadatPLUSNo one uploads too many images in social media (in general). 1-10 images are fine to upload on social media. But for an event this is different. And your platform is image uploading platform, not social media which is made for connecting, chatting, sharing a few "highly selected" images of an event. So as an image uploading or collecting platform, it makes no sense to limit people like this.
