To clarify, we currently don’t offer a full Whitelabel Solution for Memogram Software.

Our offer (as displayed in the Pricing details) is WHITELABEL EVENT PAGE, which allows you to completely remove every branding of Memogram across your event pages, and add yours. You can also connect your custom domain to the event pages, instead of using Memogram's default domain.

Sub-users/Team Member account is not part of the Whitelabel offer, and is still branded with Memogram details (same with the admin account).

With the sub-user account, your clients can;
- Edit/Manage Event (under the workspace you assigned them to)
- Connect Advanced storage like Google Drive (under the workspace you assigned them to)
- Connect Custom Domain (under the workspace you assigned them to)

You can create different workspaces for different clients.

For the Agency...some of our users offer Memogram as a service to their clients/customers for a one-time, monthly or annual fee. With this offer, they (our users) are in charge of setting up and managing the event and the client won't know what Software/Tool powering the service.
