A Thoughtfully Designed Gem for Event Professionals
I've explored a range of tools in the event space, and Memogram stands out as a fantastically well-crafted solution. From the moment I started using it, it was clear that the team behind Memogram has put serious thought into both the user experience and the technical delivery.
The interface is clean, intuitive, and refreshingly easy to navigate—something that’s often promised but rarely delivered this well. It’s not just functional; it’s elegant. Whether you're managing logistics or crafting memorable moments, Memogram feels like a tool built by people who understand the rhythm and demands of real-world events.
What excites me most is the potential. If the current version is any indication, future rollouts are going to be game-changers. For anyone working in events, storytelling, or community engagement, Memogram is definitely one to watch.

Memogram agency tier is not suitable for an agency
I really wanted to use Memogram with clients, but two major issues make it impossible:
- No client accounts – There’s no way to give each client their own login, notifications, and moderation rights for their event only. Obviously, I can’t share my own credentials with every client (which would expose all events). Without proper client accounts, this isn’t an agency tool—it’s just a personal account.
- Forced branding – The app shows the Memogram logo at the start and a spammy promotional screen at the end. Removing those is technically trivial—it’s clearly a choice, not a limitation. Paying users shouldn’t be forced to promote your brand instead of their own.
On top of that, upload speeds are very slow and the 5-photo limit is frustrating. Realistically, nobody will upload more than 2×5 photos—most will give up.
Until these issues are fixed, Memogram simply isn’t professionaly usable.
I'm happy to correct my rating when those issues are corrected, so that the product matches the promises I bought it for.

Thank you for your thoughtful reviews and feedback.
We’re rolling out our Enterprise Version next month (September).
It will come with;

I Want to Love it But....
I’ve run a couple of tests with the app and see potential, but there are two areas that could be improved before I’d feel comfortable using it externally.
Branding – The Memogram branding is VERY prominent and will overshadow a company’s own brand identity. If there were options to customize or minimize this, it would make the app much more business-friendly (and useable for a lot of us).
Video Quality – In our tests, even with strong lighting, the output came out grainy. Improving the video rendering would go a long way in enhancing overall usability.
With some adjustments in these areas, this app could become a much stronger tool for businesses looking for a polished solution. I look forward to seeing future updates and improvements, as this platform has real promise. But as it stands we can't deploy it.

Aug 20, 2025Appreciate the thoughtful review & feedbacks.
Branding: we’ve got the Enterprise plan coming next month; will allow users to turn off all Memogram branding.
Video output: Via our tests, video output are same as input. The videos are sent directly to our s3 Storage in exact quality as uploaded. Kindly send us a message via live chat with the exact event name so we can replicate this issue from...

Easy peasy, lemon squeezy
I had a blast using Memogram—it made collecting photos and videos at our event as easy as scanning a QR code, and kids and grandparents alike joined in with zero friction. The customizable event page looks great after customization. I didn't notice unusual lag time, but I was enjoying the event not timing the upload :). This tool truly preserved every moment effortlessly—and at that lifetime deal price, it's an absolute no‑brainer. There are a few small tweaks I’d love to see, but honestly, that just means it’s going to become an even better value over time. Really, no one should have to be asked for an account, that's the point of the app, other than that, no complaints.

Still Needs Lot of Work
My testing brought up many questions and I'm seriously considering requesting a refund. I was expecting a lot from this app.
Here are my issues:
- For the 2nd tier we bought there should be no Memogram Logo on the event page whatsoever. I don't want this if I send it to my clients.
- When I sent a link for the event, the picture that came in the phone was a random one with random people, wedding and something else that was not related to my event at all, and memogram logo. It looked rather as a spam and something unrelated. Why my uploaded picture for the event was not there with that link?
- You can upload only 5 images at the time???? Nobody will want to keep uploading images 10 times. If it's a hassle people will not do it. They might do it once and that's it.
- Why does it ask for a name every time the same user tries to upload content? This complaint popped up right away.
- So slow. We tested it from our home with 1gb fiber optic connection.
- Some vertical pictures ended up being flipped on the head. Not good. Why 3:2 ratio and not the original one?
- Horizontal images are flipped to vertical.
- Page gallery is vertical and you need to scroll instead of just populating it as tiles or something.
- Where are download buttons?
- Why there's no ability to see all the content in one place, like one big gallery that's separated into videos and pictures?
I really wanted to love this app, but the initial experience was not good.
Hopefully it will turn out for better, but right now there's lot to be desired. I'd be willing to use it if these things are fixed.
I can't reply but here's clarification for answer not understood by developer:
2a. Default Picture: If you're referring to the default photo on the upload page, there's an option to upload your own image. We just have that default so you can get a feel of what the page looks like. There's a knowledgebase video and article to guide you on that.
2b. There's a button "View Uploaded Media"; when clicked, it would direct you to a page to view all your uploaded media.
Concern was:
When I sent a link for the event via TEXT, the picture that came in the phone was a random one with random people, wedding and something else that was not related to my event at all, and memogram logo.
When you copy event link and share them via text some default event image shows up in the link with memogram logo. It's you memogram collage picture that is showing in the text as a link, not the one I previously set up as the main even picture.
I did have my own picture already uploaded when I was setting up the event. So, answers 2 and 2b do not apply to my concern.
#6 You did not address my question/concern. My uploaded image is upside down after the upload even tho it's vertical and positioned correctly. People heads are now down instead of up after the upload.

Edited Jul 18, 2025Hello,
Thank you for checking out Memogram, and leaving your feedback. I'll try to address your concerns below.
1. Memogram Branding: The tier 2 plan doesn't come with whitelabel option, and it wasn't mentioned as such on the Marketing page or pricing details. On the first week of September, we will be rolling our our Enterprise plan (Tier 3), that will come with a whitelabel option. Just like...
