This platform never worked as claimed. Their team kept saying essentially "the update you're looking for is just around the corner." Development grinded to a halt after their AppSumo campaign. Now they're using their email list to launch a new platform called "Founder Alerts", which appears to be a social media listening tool. Ironic considering the very description for Mentiomind here on AppSumo is "Brand monitoring, web and social media listening tool". Of course, our login credentials don't work.

I've been patiently waiting for two days but nothing happened
I bought this product to track wide topics (like my city name) to see what is published about it (12th biggest city in France), nothing popped in any language.
I tried to get notifications for Nike (as a test), without any restrictions, on all sources. Nothing popped.

This is a very cool tool and does things I had not thought about before but now find invaluable! I bought it because I thought it was all things I 'should' be doing but wasn't so it was a bit of a punt, but now I have seen how easy it is to use and how phenomenally effective it is, I think it is really brilliant and I'm so glad I found it on app sumo because otherwise i would not have been looking because i didn't know this kind of thing was possible. Really, really delighted with it!
I'm happy I found this offer. I like that the founder shares progress openly on Twitter, it's inspiring. The roadmap being on Reddit is innovative and useful, despite the subreddit's low activity due to its newness. I've upvoted some features there.
Access to best practices videos or guides would be helpful. I want to learn how to structure keywords effectively to avoid irrelevant mentions and exclude subreddits. Sometimes, Instagram mentions don't link directly to the post in the monitoring feed, but this isn't a big issue as false positives are rare.
