Q: Pro Plan included... But we are not getting all pro Plan features?
In the deal terms, it says that we will get all upgrades to the Pro Plan.
But I was prompted inside Merlin to upgrade to the Pro Plan from my AppSumo Plan to get all the Pro Plan features, and inside the Canny feedback area, there are certain features NOT available to AppSumo users that are available to Pro Plan users... But AppSumo users are meant to be on the Pro Plan.
So can you confirm if we should be getting all these Pro Plan features, as stated in the deal terms?

AppSumo users get all upgrades to the Pro Plan. They just don't get unlimited queries. That's the only aspect of the Pro plan that AppSumo users don't have.
We prompt users to get a Pro add-on in case they're interested to bridge that usage limit gap. That too, at an amazing discount.
We plan to abide by the deal terms exactly. Please specify the exact Canny post in question. Thanks!
