Q: Unfortunately breaking the deal
The deal should have access to all tools and updates in future and only different is the credits, but the merlin team broke the rules and restricted the appsumo dealers from future tools and Merlin parts. Now it is becoming untrusted and encourage all people not to deal with them again or appsumo to acquire it again and encourage all people to change their review accordingly unless they change their deal breaking

Nov 12, 2024A: The deal has access to all tools and updates in future and the only difference is the usage limits. The Merlin team has been following the rules and been ensuring that AppSumo users receive access to all the Merlin Pro tools in the present and the future.
We plan to abide by our deal T&C, which is given on our AppSumo listing page. AbsuPLUSI had been denied to access most of the tools as an example humanizer, essay writer, and many others tools that show no credit despite having 20000 credit and asking for upgrade

Hi @Absu! As an AppSumo member, you have access to all Pro tools, but tool usage limits are separate from your 5k/12k/20k chat queries. It looks like you've used your monthly tool credits. We're aware of the inconvenience this causes and are planning to increase limits/allow chat credit usage for AppSumo users. Thanks!

This is the question why these tools are not used from our credit. It is pro update, pro ad, it is even not update as it is already found when the deal is existing. Secondly it had no monthly credit for it to consume it. Guess it has 3 credit to use which is not enough to run it despite I have 20K credit. This is the issue. We now not have access to the pro tools despite having credit

@Absu, unfortunately because of some existing product constraints existing from before AppSumo days, it exists the way it is. I understand the problem, and I know it may sound silly to the end user, which makes complete sense. As I said, a fix is on its way. Thanks!
