Urgent: Missing Tier 2 Credits / Unresolved Support Ticket
Dear CEO,
I recently purchased the Tier 2 package for your product on AppSumo. However, after activating my account, I noticed that neither my one-time credits nor my monthly credits have been applied.
I have been trying to resolve this with your customer support team via email for the past three days. Unfortunately, the support has been incredibly frustrating. Despite explaining the situation multiple times, the only response I keep getting is a generic, "Did you try activating your license?"
As a customer, this level of support is completely unacceptable. If your customer service remains this unresponsive, it will severely damage your product's reputation.
I need this issue fixed and my credits manually activated immediately. If this cannot be resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to cancel my subscription and request a full refund through AppSumo.

To resolve yours immediately, can you send an email to [email protected] with:
1. Your AppSumo email
2. Your Merlio account email
3. Your AppSumo license key
I'll personally investigate why your Tier 2 didn't apply, activate your credits manually.
We're seeing a few similar reports, so I want to dig into yours specifically to understand what happened and prevent it from happening again.
