Very poor support

I replied to the email posted here and sent a video showing the issue on 5/18/2026. As of today, 5/26/2026, I still haven’t received a response.
I stand by my earlier review — pass on this tool. The lack of customer support is a major red flag. I’m sure AppSumo will have much better alternatives worth considering.
I wouldn’t recommend Merlio at all. Their support is extremely poor. I sent them a screen recording showing that their tutorials were not working — the buttons are visible, but they’re grayed out and can’t actually be used.
I contacted support two days ago and still haven’t received any response. When you’re paying for a product, the least they can do is acknowledge the issue or provide help.
Save your money and look elsewhere.

There's been an issue on our end: AppSumo's "Contact Merlio" button has been populating the wrong support email ([email protected], which bounces) instead of our actual one ([email protected]). We just flagged it to AppSumo to fix. That's why your emails went unanswered, they never reached us. Genuinely sorry, this isn't the support standard we want to provide.
On the grayed out buttons: to make sure I diagnose this correctly, could send an email to [email protected] :
1. Your account email
2. The screen recording you mentioned
3. Which specific feature you were trying to use
We're investigating a redemption flow bug that leaves some Tier 2/3 accounts in free mode (which would limit certain features). That might be your case. Either way, I'll personally look into it today, fix it manually if needed.
