Q: Where's the stacking option?
Previously there was an option to upgrade in the dashboard to Agency LTD but now its gone?

The deal within the dashboard was a limited time deal to upgrade that ran until Cyber Monday. (It will be back on the 21st until the 25th).

Your account has to be purchased through AppSumo and activated in order to see it.
It was available on the dashboard then and still is now actually.
Other users have also been able to find it there during this time without issue.
