I really hate leaving bad feedback, but this is my genuine experience. I'd planned to leave manychat for messengerbot, but after the lack of support in just getting SOMETHING going has been abysmally slow.
Nothing connects together, and their YouTube videos are all AI/bot read with screenshot slideshows. I'm not a complete idiot with tech, but this app constantly makes me literally question my own sanity.
Unless I can get really any sort of clue or support about how to create a simple auto reply IG bot, I have to say my experience has not been positive whatsoever.

Messenger Bot my highly recommended chatbot for business. I was using previously using Chatfuel and ManyChat. And while I found the competition full with features, it was very expensive long-term. I love that Messenger Bot provides unlimited subscribers with tons of functionality. Support was good.

I've been using this for about a week and I am really impressed with the vast functionality and potential.
I really signed up for it for a simple auto comment/DM solution, but there's a ton more functionality and potential and you can tell from the documentation, etc. that they are adding more all the time.
I will say, it's a little overwhelming at first and maybe they could have better callouts or more clear descriptions for what exactly everything does/is/means. If you've never done anything with bots before, there's a lot of new terminology. That said, there support is quick and thorough, so all questions I had were answered quickly.
100% recommend if you're doing anything bot related with Facebook or Instagram.
