Q: Your product looks great.
I just had a few questions:
1 - Can I create a chatbot and include it on my website to capture leads?
2 - Can I ask for the Lead's WhatsApp number with a mask in the flow to include the area code?
3 - In the chatbot flow, it is possible to force the Lead to choose an option and not leave the field available to enter the text. This is only on the chatbot on the website, as we know that it is not possible to do this on Facebook Messeger or DM on Instagram.
4 - Can I include a video in the message that is not from YouTube? We have our videos hosted at Adilio.
5 - Is it possible to integrate with HubSpot via Make?

Thank you for your interest in Messenger Bot! I'm delighted to hear that you find our product appealing. I'll do my best to address each of your questions thoroughly:
1. Website Integration: Yes, you can absolutely create a chatbot and embed it on your website for capturing leads. Our platform is designed to make that process seamless for you.
2. WhatsApp Number & Masking: Yes, you can collect the lead's WhatsApp number, including area codes. When you mention "mask," do you mean a specific format you want the number to be in? Our system is flexible in terms of capturing various details like email, phone, and other custom fields.
3. Forced Options in Web Chatbot: While you can use buttons to guide the user's choices in the chatbot on your website, they'll still have the ability to type. However, you can configure the flow so it won't advance until a particular button is selected.
4. Video Integration: Yes, you can include videos that are not hosted on YouTube.
5. HubSpot Integration: We do have a Zapier integration which could facilitate connecting Messenger Bot with HubSpot.
I hope this clears up any questions you had. If you need more clarification or have additional questions, feel free to reach out. Looking forward to potentially working with you!
Perfeito. Obrigado pela rápida resposta.
1 = ok

5 = Não é possível fazer via Make?

Perfect. Thanks for the quick response.

3 = Does this option of only moving forward in the flow after the Lead clicks a button work in all places: Instagram, Messenger and ChatBot?
4 = In this case, do I put the video link to play in the ChatBot itself or do I need to include the code? Does the video play in the chat itself or is the Lead redirected outside?
5 = Is it not possible to do it via Make? When the Lead completes the flow, in the case of a ChatBot on the website, is it possible for us to receive an email notification?
One last question, on the desktop the buttons are working with the correct look, however, on the cell phone, specifically on Facebook Messenger, the button appears stuck with no space at the end, which makes it difficult to access and click. Is it some bug? See: https://a.cl.ly/nOuQzmL1
Now that I saw your answer to the previous questions, I'm sorry and you can disregard. There was only this last question about the button.

Thank you for reaching out and providing a clear description of the issue you're experiencing.
I've taken a look at the link you provided. What you're observing on mobile, especially within Facebook Messenger, is due to the platform's own design constraints and rendering. It's not a bug from our end. Some visual elements might appear differently across devices and platforms due to their specific design guidelines.
