When is live person support available in the chat box (not the Bot)? 2. Did i read that the data and info in app only has a one year history? Does it get deleted?

We typically respond within a few hours of receiving a request via chat.
Your data does not get deleted if you are an active user. However, the account will be deleted after 90 days of inactivity.
