I came to AppSumo yesterday looking for survey software. I read reviews, visited company websites, etc. I was leaning toward MetaSurvey for different reasons. I've purchased tons of software on AppSumo and this is the first review I have written.

When Kirill popped up on his company's chat, and spent over 20 minutes personally answering questions and sharing his roadmap, it was a done deal. I came back here and purchased. Within 2 hours I had a 13-question survey set up. It was very easy to use.

There are a few things I look forward to that are on his roadmap (everything I asked about like "open question" or email box are next on his list.) He personally shared screenshots of a detailed roadmap and even software screenshots. His enthusiasm for what he has created, and his willingness to let me interrupt him while he answers questions, makes me have no doubt everything on his roadmap will all come-to-be soon.

He even took a moment to personally visit my website to see what kind of business was using his survey. Does it have every bell and whistle yet? No. This company has not been around 5 years yet. But for my business needs - a fun, interactive, easy to use surveys... it's perfect! I am sending out the link to 16K people this morning and am excited to see what kind of feedback I receive.
