This is easily the best survey tool. Great UI (they are improving it even further soon, I have seen the new dashboard coming and it looks amazing), great support team (there is ALWAYS someone active, even late at night or early in the morning, I get replies instantly and they answer all my questions and like hearing feedback), very easy for people to use the surveys and make them, and the insights are good too. Anyone who owns an ecommerce store or anything else that feedback would be useful for will regret not getting this hard to find tool.
