Q: Hi Metricool, 1.

From perspective of digital agency, do I need to get login credentials from my clients to use this tool, is there a common sense way to do it?

Also I don't want freelancers which I hire from time to time to gain access to complete account, so can I restrict their access using some kind of role feature. How will I know about posted replies on my brands, will they appear in metricool inbox or what?

2. Is there a way to do influencer discovery and outreach through this tool, if not directly are there any indirect ways? Do you plan to add this feature or can you give me example of another feature or two which will be added. Also this Appsumo deal is matched to which regular plan on your website?

3. Can it help me with ad design and Paid per click campaigns (primarily search engine marketing). What about Search engine optimization insights, can it help with that part.

4. What is the logic behind not renewing hashtag tracker?

5. Can I see performance of all brands on single dashboard and generate specific reports or some way to show performance to individual clients.

1. At this time, you can allow users/clients to only have read permission or to edit/manage of their brand. So they can´t access to other brands. They´ll only need to register on Metricool and the admin will allow them access to brands.
In Metricool inbox you can reply to Facebook Messenger, Facebook comments, Instagram comments, Twitter direct messages and Google My Business reviews.

2. For influencers discovery you can use our Hashtag Tracker monitoring related keywords and hashtags and downloading participants csv. Can my clients register for free the way you suggested (asking in context of how to use Metricool as agency without getting login credentials from clients), I don't want to irritate them by pushing for a sale unnecessarily. Also under Metricool inbox, can I see replies for different brands and then can I respond to each reply as relevant to particular brand.

2. Hashtag monitoring and downloading participants can be done inside your tool or I need to target each social platform on individual basis?

3. So that means Hashtag tracker usage cost you money that is why you can't renew credits every month. Are you paying to access data of platforms like Twitter, so is there some kind of ongoing cost for you as company or is this feature difficult to develop and you want to earn premium on it. 1. Clients can register for free, so you can then give them access to their brands.
With the Metricool Inbox you can reply to each brand separately. As I mentioned, Metricool is designed to organize complete brands. So you can connect all social networks of each brand and manage the replies of all of them on the same platform. In each brand, you can manage the replies for each social network of that brand.

2. When you use the hashtag tracker you´ll monitor the concrete keywords or hashtags you want to monitor and choose the number of days you want to monitor and select social platforms(Twitter/Instagram: remember on Instagram we only can monitor hashtags, no keywords).

3. The Hashtag Tracker is consumed when you use it, they are not credits that are renewed every month.
