Maybe Good for Smaller, Single Location Businesses
The tool has a ton of potential and I want to love it. The metrics and analytics would lead you to believe that it's built for larger businesses that are spending real money on their digital pressence, but the biggest pain is that you can't add multiple social profiles per brand.
That's a huge problem for us because I manage two separate brands that have multiple locations - meaning multiple Google My Business pages and multiple Facebook pages. I chatted with Metricool support and their recommendation was to create a brand for each location - but that sort of defeats the purpose and creates issues for Ads reporting.
