Didn't want to pay the monthly fees of buffer just to run my personal social media accounts and have been waiting for something similar to come on appsumo for a while.

Metricool ticks most of the boxes but I wish it had the same functionality as buffer when it comes to planning posts.

It would be great if you could just set the times you want to post each day and then just be able to add content into the queue and metricool handle the planning of the post for you.

Metricool does allow you to do autolists BUT you cant add content to the autolist through the chrome extension (which is what I mostly use to collect and submit the content I want posted). This does add quite a bit of time to planning your posts because you have to go through the following flow:

1 - Click the metricool chrome extension
2 - Click post
3 - Open the Planner tab in metricool
4 - Drag the post into the preferred day and time you want it posted (i do like that the calendar is drag and drop though)

With Buffer its just:

1 - Click the buffer chrome extension
2 - Click Add to queue....
DONE!
