I would like to buy but I am confused.
I saw that this deal was at 49$ LTD. Later, it was at 129$ annually in 2022. Today it is at 195$ annually for the same plan.
So you increased the price of the annual plan 51% and you are promoting this offer today as a 10% discount than the website price.
My question is, what are you doing on Appsumo?
Your business is doing pretty well with 2M monthly visitors. I am happy for you! The reality is that for business purposes, you dont really need to offer a "sumo" deal.
But the problem is we are the SUMO community. And we expect SUMO deal. A 10% discount deal is groupon deal.
I really hope you consider the values of this community and propose a sumo deal that you will be remembered for. I hope you do it now in the SUMO days!
The community will help you, will give you feedback , and we will love your product.
If you treat Appsumo as another marketing channel, then better to buy from the website directly. or wait for another appsumo offer in the same domain.

Would have loved to buy Metricool.
I was just about to purchase Metricool, but after seeing this conversation I will not be spending any money with you, and I will no longer be recommending your product anywhere. Matter of fact, I will probably be posting to my company's blog and YouTube Channel "Why I will Never Use Metricool Ever Again".
This is why:
Amer: Made some very good points as he pointed out his concerns.
Metricool replied to him: Blah, blah blah, 10%, blah blah.
Amer: Then took the time to write a detailed response.
Metricool: Then used the exact same "blah blah" response.
This means that Metricool doesn't even care about their consumers enough to write a simple response. Instead they're probably just paying some Virtual Assistant who is just clicking canned responses.
I'm sorry, but I have a HUGE problem with this! I've worked too hard over the years to ever WILLINGLY give my hard-earned money to support ANY company who doesn't care about their clients/customers/consumers.
If Metricool doesn't care enough to even respond to a simple, and may I say, correct concern, then I hope NOBODY will ever support your company again. I'd rather pay more to ensure I'm supporting the companies that stand by the ideology of the tech community. I'm from Silicon Valley, BORN & RAISED!
So for anyone thinking about purchasing Metricool in the future. DON'T!
