A great disappointment with Metri...cool?

I have been studying several platforms for months and when I saw Metricool among them I was excited because it is a Spanish tool, I am from Spain, and years ago they had so much fame in the world of marketing that I said, without a doubt, this It must be the most mature of all. I was wrong:

1 You cannot use link shorteners.

2 You cannot use Facebook groups and pages

3 You cannot use LinkedIn profiles

4 You cannot use multiple Google My Business locations

5 The options for Ads are quite limited compared to other tools like Adspresso (if you don't master all the features you offer why you lose time creating another poor feature?)

6 You have no connection to Google Analytics

7 They should say the hashtag option is not by code but is use only for 24 hours

8 And this is something very personal, the design, I am evaluating platforms all the time and the first impression that I take with me is the design, perhaps a tool that is very successful in development, this is not either, but if I enter an application and it goes back to 2001, so we are done before we start, if you add all the above, I could give them -1 taco.

Hello! Thanks for your feedback. I solve all your doubts you have mentioned point by point:

1 You cannot use link shorteners: At this moment, you can use the Metricool link shortener. We included in our road map the option of third party link shorteners. So it´ll be available.

2 You cannot use Facebook groups and pages: you can connect Facebook pages and groups.

3 You cannot use LinkedIn profiles: you can connect LinkedIn profiles and pages to Metricool.

4 You cannot use multiple Google My Business locations: at this moment, you can connect all the GMB locations you want, but in different profiles.

5 The options for Ads are quite limited compared to other tools like Adspresso (if you don't master all the features you offer why you lose time creating another poor feature?)

6 You have no connection to Google Analytics: we don't need integration with Google Analytics because Metricool provides its own website tracker. So we already have website analytics.

7 They should say the hashtag option is not by code but is use only for 24 hours: We gave a bonus of 24 hours Hashtag Tracker(1 day) for each code Sumo-lings buy. The Hashtag Tracker is a self-service within Metricool where you can monitor hashtags and keywords from Twitter and Instagram to collect all the repercussions, download reports, and analyze metrics in real-time.

Our mission is to be able to display the largest number of metrics in a simple and practical way. To achieve this we rely on the design which has changed and will continue to change depending on the needs of the tool. In the future, we will surely vary it and we hope that it adapts more to your preferences.
